The Urban Watersheds Research Institute (UWRI) is a Colorado Non-Profit Corporation
dedicated to provide professional advancement through:

• research,
• seminars and workshops,
• technical training classes,
• conferences,
• scholarships and student intern programs,
• and other activities intended to advance the knowledge of:
  • adminstrators,
  • planners,
  • designers,
  • engineers,
  • scientists, and
  • other professionals

All of the above are for the advancement of planning, designing, managingand upkeep of urban watersheds, water resources, municiplaities that affect and are affected by them and their ecologies, all for the benefit of the general public and the environment they live in.
